Extra! Extra! Read all about it!

MFS Summer Programs class Scholar Daily News has its finger on the pulse of our dynamic Summer Camp. Come enjoy some investigative journalism into the happenings at Camp, led by MFS English Department Chair Debra Galler. Mrs. Galler has taught English and journalism at MFS for 13 years, and before that was an editor of the Philadelphia City Paper. In this class, open to Junior Scholars entering grades 4-6, you will hone your interview skills, learn how to write good news copy, and get to know the whole camp in a way unlike any other. Sign up today!

There are still some spaces open in many of our other classes, which are available to students entering grades Preschool – 10th grade. Sign up for one week, or join us for all six at summer.mfriends.org. Spaces are limited and filling fast, so do not delay! We can’t wait to see you this summer.
